TehnoWorld SRL processes plastics. Raw material — granulate and regrind — arrives in different lots, and processing requires the material to be stored separately by type and dried before extrusion or injection moulding: granules that have absorbed moisture produce visible defects in the finished product.

What problem it solved
The system separates 17 raw material types into distinct stocks, which means material does not mix between lots and every recipe starts from a known composition.
Drying integrated into the flow removes the most frequent cause of rejects in plastics processing: granulate entering the extruder or the injection press wet.
