Industrial conveyors move material between production stages: horizontally on a belt, vertically on a bucket elevator. They are used by construction material plants, paper mills, food factories and grain intake stations. We design and build them in our own plants in Tomești (Iași, Romania) and Bălți (Moldova).

When a conveyor is the right choice
The situations where a conveyor is the correct answer — and the one where we recommend a different machine of ours.
You convey material in lumps, packaged products or parts — a screw cannot handle them, a belt can.
You have to lift material to height, to feed a silo or an installation on an upper floor: a bucket elevator gains height on a very small floor footprint.
The route has to pass between the machines of a plant that is running: the supporting structures are built to the geometry of the existing building, without replacing the installations.
You need continuous flow at a constant rate, between two production stages that work without stopping.
When this is NOT the right machine
If you convey fine powder that must not reach the hall atmosphere, an open belt is the wrong choice — dust rises along the whole route.

Frequently asked questions about conveyors
Belt or screw — how do I choose?
A belt for material in lumps, packaged products, parts and long routes where dust is not a problem. A screw for powders and granulate that have to stay in a closed circuit, with no emissions into the hall. If the material is powdered and the hall has to stay clean, choose the screw.
What is the maximum height a bucket elevator can lift?
We build elevators routinely up to 30 m, and that is not a construction limit — we size to order above it as well. Beyond a certain height the supporting structure and the maintenance access become additional considerations, which we allow for at design stage.
What is the maximum incline for a belt conveyor?
It depends on the belt type: a plain belt has a limit above which material slides back, whereas a belt with transverse cleats climbs much more steeply.
What happens if the power fails with the elevator full?
The anti-runback device in the drive prevents the belt reversing under the weight of the material. Without it, a stop under load would send the belt backwards and the material would pile up in the elevator boot.
Can it be installed in a plant that is running?
Yes — that is exactly what we did at Cemacon and at AMBRO Suceava: the routes were built to fit into the existing installations, on the geometry of the building, without replacing them.
Do you build ATEX versions?
On elevators handling fine powders, check the classified zone in your plant documentation — it determines the build.
Do you deliver and install across Europe?
Yes. The Tomești plant is in Romania, inside the EU single market, so deliveries within the Union involve no customs and no import duty.
What is the lead time?
